Polygon transaction canceled!

Hi,

I’ve made a withdrawal of USDT via Polygon.
I received the mail with the link to the explorer.

Unfortunately, the transaction was pending during many hours, then disappeared from polygon explorer !!

I don’t know where are my funds and HollaEx support doesn’t want to reply to my mails !

Please help !
