No email coming when we create an account,

We start the exchange and web server, the login page is up, but when we try to create an account, we don’t get the email. Can someone tell us where to check for the confirm ?

Hi there.

First of all, please confirm that your SMTP configuration is all set properly.

You can set the SMTP settings at the Admin Panel - Settings - Email of your exchange web.

If your SMTP setup is correct, checking the logs would be helpful.

Please run hollaex logs --target api to get the logs from API, and forward to us anything related to the SMTP.
