Unsure what I have to do to fix the error. i tried starting up the exchange and still got error. Any help would be appreciated.

I would email support since your installing this on a windows system and not a linux system. Support will be online in a few hours from now. You can also check out the discord channel to see if any one in there use’s a windows system.

Refer to the Hollaex-Kit Guide and under the windows section.
It is really easy to follow.
Try doing it in a terminal instead of a powershell.
