These answers are based on my knowledge and experience and might not be accurate. I hope it helps you.

For new blockchain integration you should ask Hollaex for support and you can not add it yourself.

DIY Basic (free) one has no support and comes with some limitations in features so if you want to run it DIY, you better upgrade it to Boost. It got more information here.
