How to add pop-up message

Hi,
I have a message that I want to get across to my DIY exchange users through pop-up window.
Is it possible to add a pop-up message to show up when a user first accesses the exchange website? If so, how can I achieve it? Thanks a lot.

You could do inject html through console and create a popup with html and JS code based on what you need.
