How do I Delete Users from the exchange

I have some issues with fake accounts being created. How can I delete a user? Support told be I can through the Operator Controls but I cannot find any space where I can actually delete a user’s account. he user has not deposited any crypto and have an account balance of 0

You cant technically delete a user completely. You can however freeze his account which means the user wont be able to do anything and cant access his account. If you are suspicious about his activities freezing account is the best option.

You can also put users like this in a tier that can not withdraw any funds and set the withdrawal limit for his tier to disabled.

Additionally you can look into geo fencing and restrict the site access for specific countries.
