I recently deposited HEX to my HEX wallet’s sub-address and USDT to my USDT wallet’s sub-address. The transactions are completed and show on the transaction lists. However, the wallet balances are not updating for both tokens. I don’t think the funds are being swept to my master addresses. Is there a way to fix this?

Same thing happened to me.
just add a little eth to the address and you will get the USDT or HEX because they are ERC-20 they require a bit of ETH to make the coins appear on the wallet.
15-20 cents worth of eth is enough. It will also be needed to withdraw the ERC-20 token too.
One good tip is to send your ETH to your master HEX (or any other ERC20 based assets) and it would then automatically take care of the rest. So you don’t necessarily have to send ETH to any particular multi address wallets. It’s something that is taken care of automatically assuming enough ETH is on the master address.
