I am unable to change the graphics in quick trade. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

it shows as uploaded but it wont change the icon for me.
Im facing exactly the same issue. Cant seem to change the quick trade icon
One round and about way is to try uploading via the ‘All icons’ applying/saving and publishing?
(just search ‘quick’ to locate rapidly)
