I created a Vault wallet and received the 12 word seed. Is there anyway for me to get the 12 seeds again because I did not write it down anywhere at the time of wallet creation?
Once you create a wallet, you receive the wallet seed and afterwards there is no way to get the seed. You must backup the seed and keep in safe.
In this case I recommend moving your funds to a newly created wallet where you store the seed properly.
