Try using this command to start the web once the setup is completed

hollaex web start

managed to fix it. but now when I type in my exchange link on the browser I reach the HEALTH page for some reason.

Have you checked to see if the api and main exchange web link is mixed up? I think you can look at the env file to double check. Might be a good place to check.
