Error sending SMS

EDIT: Getting it working with Amazon SNS - definitely more of a PITA to setup, but so far working in the sandbox! I can think of no reason Messente doesn’t work, other than maybe it takes them awhile to enable actual use after account creation.

There is an SMS verification area, but I am getting

“Error sending the SMS to +1 978*******. Please refresh the page and try again.”

I did install Messente and applied the API credentials, but I’m only guessing this section uses Messente, as I didn’t install the AWS SMS plugin (yet).

Thoughts?

What do you get in the logs on the API server?

AWS SNS has issues with US numbers. You need to activate certain things and contact them for it to work.
