Deposit is not recived

Hi,
I have a DIY exchange setup based on hollaex.

I just made a deposit of SHIB to an address i generated on the exchange to test the seystem , but its not showing up even though i can see the transaction succeeded on the block explorer

I have used the Check deposit status to check it, and the status check just gives an error

“Request failed with status code 400”
IS there any issue to recieved shib

Certain transaction types like contract based transactions have some challenges. You can contact [email protected] for more information about this and provide your transaction id and the receiver address.
