We’re Setting up SNS, and apparently things are working as the app seems to be sending SMS, but users never get them. No errors anywhere.
Is there anything specific that should be done, besides what’s in the documentation?

are you using google sms or another service? does the problem still presist?

Using AWS SNS. It still persists.
It should be straight forward, but isn’t.
Now trying to use Messente. Some paperwork is required to enable the service…
In fact, the solution to this is for us to create a plugin to use other SMS services. Twilio is awesome.

You should activate SNS on Amazon. You need to contact Amazon AWS for that and it may need some process depending on the country.
