Hi HollaEx Support,
I am encountering the following error during the setup process:
“Failed to authenticate on HollaEx Server with your passed credentials”
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
- Entered the OTP from Google Authenticator (double-checked for correctness).
- Verified the time on my device is synced.
- Tried disabling and re-enabling 2FA.
- Created new API keys and used them during the setup process.
- Attempted a fresh setup using
hollaex server --terminatebut still face the same issue.
Environment details:
- Platform: (Mac and Ubuntu 20.04 )
- HollaEx version: (2.11.16)
This issue is only on Mainn
et its working fine with testnet.
Please let me know how I can resolve this issue or if there are logs I should provide.
