When I attempt to log in for the first time in admin. I get a USER NOT FOUND error?

Which account did you try to use for login?
Did you use the one that you created through the blue kit setup wizard? (The registration page which shows up right before the initial login), or the one you registered through the bitHolla Dashboard?
You should use the one that you created on your exchange setup wizard, to log in on your exchange itself.
The one that you created through the bitHolla Dash is a separated account only for high-level management.
