Is there a way where we can have access to the user’s private keys? We require it for certain features ex: keeping most of the funds in the hardware system. and making payments on basis of the user on our own. Or does Holla Ex keep the private keys with themselves only??
You can’t do that in the public HollaEx Network. The public HollaEx Network has a shared wallet custody managed by HollaEx. If you want to fully manage your wallets you would need to look into Private HollaEx Network.
